- When I was little, I would regularly quote full episodes of He-Man. The entire thing. I did this repeatedly for my mom, who gave me every impression that she loved it. Yep. She's a saint.
- This was also when I was little. I had been yapping without taking a breath for what must have been 20 minutes when my brother finally threw up his hands and yelled, "Nathan! You don't have to say everything that comes into your head!" My response: "Oh, but I don't! There is so much more that I want to say, but my mouth just can't keep up." Sad, but true.

You always seem to make me laugh, this is a great post.
When I was little my sister and I would talk all night long, to the point where Mom would come in and say do I have to sit in here until you fall asleep. We would stop talking, but as soon as she left we started it up again. So the process would just repeat a few times a night.
Really, it's a blessing. I actually have a husband who communicates!

I have really been thinking (Thanks Talkaholic Anonymous) about my poor son and how hard it's for me to listen to his endless speeched. At this rate he's never going to call m "a saint" :(
NCS, It's a hard truth. I'm a little worried myself because I don't have my mom's patience, and my daughter is shaping up to be just like me.
ugh...
I often talk way too much especially when I am nervous or around someone who makes me nervous. I often screen what I am saying in my head and even though it may not sound good to say, I say it anyway
